It *is* like them saying that I should have to pay again because I rented a toaster to toast the bread with. It is not like saying I should get free bread because I bought bread from them before.
It's like saying you need to get your bread for free from the supermarket because you have bought bread there before. 2K Games is the third publisher to pull out.Īs for your comment on "milking customers", you do realize that publishers are a commercial company with the sole goal of making a profit right? There are obviously things in play that we as normal consumers do not know.
Your point is the exact same thing: "boohoo, I cannot play a game I bought a license for on a entirely different and new platform anymore" If the service has/had legs, there is no doubt it would become available in other areas eventually, just like plenty of other services that first begin, such as Netflix.Īll your comment is saying here is that Publishers should continue milking customers. So, your attitude is other people can do without because you have to do without? How very enlightened of you and not petty at all. Not sure why you think has anything to do with me, I'm not responsible for it. How fascinating and irrelevant, well done. Seeing that Nvidia company don't even bother to make Servers in South East Asia for their Geforce Now. only korea and japan can use Geforce Now.Īustralia and New Zealand also can't use Geforce Now as well.Īll in all, if you asks me, i'm not even going to sympathize with those who uses Geforce Now It is not even supported in every single Asian countries at all. Geforce now is not even supported in South East Asia countries at all. I'm from singapore and i found out that "geforce now" is not supported in Singapore at all. Originally posted by graystripe:do you know that not every single region can use "geforce now"? They had no issue (and not talking about 2K here but ones like Ubisoft etc) with their games being on Nvidia during the trial period?. and I can tell you now, their own services are gonna be nothing like Nvidias in terms of customer friendly and quality. The entire thing reeks of a corporate team up to take down or at least cripple a good product that would be in direct competition to any future streaming services they themselves will do (and you know, and we do know some are, setting up to start their own services). The people who are sticking up for the triple AAAaaaaas in this situation havent actually read up on this situation in my opinion. they want you to rebuy the game and pay the monthly stippened to em through Nvidia. Theres only one thing in play here, they cant make as much money with just the subscription fee off the player and Nvidia. 2K Games is the third publisher to pull out.
